What filetypes do you support?

PDF, DOCX, CSV, TXT, HTML, and plaintext files.

Is it possible to upload an unsupported filetype?

Due to the variety of binary file formats available, we focus on the most common filetypes. If a filetype is not supported you can use a plaintext entry field to paste content directly from unsupported filetypes for indicator extraction.

What is a report?

A Report is an uploaded file. For example, an uploaded .pdf intelligence brief counts as one Report.

What are custom extractions?

Stixify automatically extracts a wide variety of indicators of compromise from uploaded reports. However, in some cases security teams have very custom requirements for intelligence gathering not covered in our extraction logic. In such cases custom extractions allow you to write private logic to be run on imported files.

Do you integrate with product X,Y,Z?

Many security tools now support the STIX 2.1 data format natively (which is how all Stixify data is stored). You can export this data to these tools using the Stixify REST API.

Can we invite users outside of our company?

For our standard plans, all users in a group must share the same email domain. You will need to purchase a community license (not shown above) if you want to create groups containing users from different organisations. Please contact us to discuss.
